Over the past week or so, I've noticed that my hair is gradually becoming straighter. I don't why it's doing this, as I haven't changed my morning routine at all, but it's actually kinda cool. Anyway, here are some photos to show what I mean...

Any clue as to why this might be the case?
I think what made the difference is the way it's parted. In the first pic it doesn't look like it's parted at all, but in the bottom two pics it is parted in the middle. I am sure that is what gave it the straighter look. Either way, you have a nice hair type, and it will look really nice when long. Keep it growing.
In some parts of the U.S. it is very humid in the summer, but the air is getting drier now as it gets cooler. If that applies where you live, that could also explain it.
What is important is that you look stronger, more assertive.

Your hair will probably get straighter the longer it gets because of the weight of the hair. But if you have waves now, you
are bound to have some waving even when you reach your goal.
Good Luck!
