I trying to grow my hair out, and haven't had a haircut in about 6 monthes and my hair has only grown about 3.5 inches? If so what can use to speed it up?
Being that "normal" growth is about 1/2" per month, 3.5" in six months would be about right, and approximately consistent with my own growth rate over the last ten months during which I have gained just a little under six inches.
I don't think I will bother with trying to speed it up as I am in it for the very long haul and in no special hurry to get results, but several threads on vitamins below discuss things like biotin and, in other threads farther down the board, special hair formulation vitamins which "may" work.
3.5 inches is not bad for that length of time because you are in the first stages of growing it will feel like th ehair is growing slower trust me as the months pass the weight of the hair will pull it down and the length will look dramatically better.
my hair is really thick and doesn't grow well a all! can u help me and my pathetic hair/life?!
