It seems to take forever to rinse shampoo or conditioner out of hair properly. I've tried varying the amount of shampoo/conditioner I use, changing how I put it in my hair, etc. but nothing has really helped. When I got a trim a few weeks ago, the hairstylist shampooed and rinsed my hair in about 30 seconds, and after the trim and after it dried it was perfect. But I can't seem to rinse my hair entirely, even if I'm in the shower rinsing it for a loooong time.
Any tips on rinsing hair?
It may be rinsed out but you don't think it is because of the way it feels. that could be the water. a lot of people who aren't used to soft water for example, think they aren't getting the soap off when in fact it is all washed off. they aren't used to the way soft water feels. maybe there is a difference between your water and the hairstylist water.
Well, it's not just while I'm still in the shower. It's also after my hair is dry. It feels like I haven't rinsed well enough, and my hair ends up looking bad. It looks a lot better when my hair seems to be completely rinsed. Thanks for the response though.

Well i want my hair to be down...
Rinse, not rise.
