Well, I think it depends on what age you are and the quality of hair you have... When I was twenty-something I used to dye my hair every two weeks and changing the color very often and nothing used to have. Now I'm 42 and my hair is not as thick as it used to be anymore. I damaged it severely with all the processes you mentioned. In my opnion the most damaging is bleaching (when you de-color your hair), because when you do that only once it'll be enough to see and feel how your hair reacts to that. The other three I think are not that damaging if you don't abuse. Something that is important and most of us men (and some women) don't give the needed importance is about the type of product you're using to treat you hair. We buy cheap things on supermarkets (which can make wonders with thick straight hair, but thick straight hair tend to be "friendly" with most products. hehe Things are different with wavy or curly haired people. Saloon products can be a good choice if the person can afford it. Lanza, Kerastase, Paul Mitchel, Redken can be very good for hair that suffers from those chemical and heating processes. I hope I could help you.
can some one put the following items in order, from least damaging to most damaging?:
blow-dryer
straightening iron
dying
bleaching (are dying and bleaching the same thing?)
