I am wondering if any one here wears their hair in a style usally only women would wear? I personlly love to have my hair put up in a up-do style with lots of curls,or braids,french braids,bun,or even just a lot of free flowing curls is a great feeling.If anone here wears their hair like this please tell us about it.
I'm a woman growing my hair long again. I've done a lot of the things you talk about, but I feel it gets tiresome trying to style it day after day. How often do you do one of these styles? I say good for you! Do whatever makes you feel good. Someone has to be the first to make changes.
Good for you Steve. Do you have updos and braids done at a salon, by a friend, or do them yourself?
I have shoulder length hair, and I too love the more elegant styles. I prefer roller sets at my salon. I usually have an appointment each week. Sometimes I get a wonderful updo and other times just a great looking style for the weekend. Blowdrying can result in some very nice hairstyles as well, along with a curling iron set. Because of the work I do, I can only wear my hair in a ponytail at work, because of safety reasons.

Steve, have you thought about a longer haircut - a longer feminine hairstyle is nice. I myself am growing my hair out to get a bob or wedge cut - I want something more on the fem side too. good luck...
I am finaly communicating on the board. I have been reading for at least three months now and want to say thanks for everyone's input. I do like to wear my hair in a bit of a fem way. It is long and blonde and I have experimented with curling irons and curlers and am really pleased. Many times I like to shape it with a little gel and spray and bob it up- keep going what a lot of fun!
