I need to register for Gmail but I cant recieve text message because they wont send any to Taiwan. So can someone send an invite to rawfisheaters@hotmail.com?

Thanks... im starting to hate hotmail because they dont offer pop3 access or access from outlook express unless you pay for them. Plus everytime there's a problem they act like nothing happened.
Will someone explain to this old fart what "gmail" is, and what advantage there is to it?
It is google.com's take on email. The best thing about it is that you have so much storage space that you never have to delete another email again. Also, the storage space you are allowed is constantly going up. I've had my gmail account for about 7 or 8 months now. In that time I have received over 800 emails and I am currently only using 4% of my storage space.
Plus, gmail has it's own messenger program. Once you add someone as a contact you can chat with them much like on any instant messenger. Last year, when I was a senior in high school, I didn't have to go to school very much, so I would chat with some of my junior class friends while they were at school in the computer lab :P
So if you dont have to go to school how do you satisify the teachers and other faculty that might have a problem with you not going to school when you're supposed to?
