Hello,
I've only been goriwng my hair out for 9 months or so, with the oldd trim here and there. there is a patch on my head which for reasons i dont understand always curls loads (i have otherwise fiarly straight/slightly wavy hair). it happens most afterive washed my hair and let it dry,. Towards the end of the day it starts to become less curly and sit a little flatter.
Well today I decided to pluck one of these hairs that is so curly and annoying and have a look at it. I compared it to a different hair from a different part of my head. I was quite suprised. The curly annoying hair is completely black and really quite thick compared to the rest of the hairs on my head which are really quite fair and thin. The difference when side by side is really very very noticeable in both colour and thickness.
The patch of these odd, dark, curly banes of my hairlife is at the back right towards my crown.
Does anyone know what might be the cause of these?
Thanks

Hey chimp,
I too have hairs (particularly in the back of my head close to the neck) that sorta do their own thing with respect to the rest of my hairs.the rest of my hairs are wavy, but the the ones in the back sorta curl near the end tips, really weird, but I've accepted it and it's not a big deal to me anymore.besides that, hairs always change shape during the growth process, especially during the awkward phase so...I won't worry about it too much if I were you :)
