I think there should be a scheduled chat session or something... I mean the chat feature is so seldom used that it's almost useless. I see someone log into chat then I try and get in only to found out the guy already given up on waiting for someone else to come.
im sure more ppl would use it...if EVERYBODY could get in...right now only regulars that post a lot can use it.
Yeah, including the pedophiles and stalkers who the moderators don't allow to post. One was in the chat room within hours of its being launched. So we shut the door. It is intended for the crowd who hangs out here:
Ditto for the privilege of sending private e-mails to users, for the very same reason.
The way to get activity going in the chat room is to post on the board here suggesting a time for everyone to jump in. Early evening West Coast time is probably best, since people on the East Coast and in Australia will be awake then. Europeans won't be then. Or you can make the time a bit earlier so they will be, but it should be on the weekend then, so people in the U.S. and Canada won't be at work.
