But I hadnt washed it in a few days, I was being kind of lazy this week. Do you think that it was already loose hair that just sorta got stuck in my head of hair from days before and was washed out, or do you think that it is cause for concern? It only really began to come out when wet so It concerns me. Any tips to avoid hair loss? Diet, Sleep, washing, not washing and leaving products in too long, etc?
ItÂ’s normal to loss up to 100 hairs a day, so if you didnÂ’t shower for a few days itÂ’s simply the hair you lost prior which hasnÂ’t been washed out yet. Also as your hair gets long it will appear as though you are losing more than you should, I recommend you not worry about hair thatÂ’s being shed until you start to notice thinning areas or bald spots.
CrackEdd's right, even with brushing not all of your shed hairs will actually drop from your hair, so you end up with a collection of loose hairs. When you come to wash your hair it all comes out in one go and it looks like your losing a lot of hair. It happened o me today. So, try not to worry, a there is probably nothing wrong at all.
