Does anyone else get those knots that are on single individual hairs. They kinda look like a ball but in reality the hair did a loop-de-loop knot and was tightened thus resulting in the 'ball' look. I usually just rip the end off that has the knot. Remember its knots on individual hairs. I get kinda scard that if i keep getting them and ripping them/cutting them off, then my back area hairs won't get that long. Rate of growth does not keep up with the loss suffered from the knots. These knots are almost categorically found in the bottom/back/above neck area of the head. This is where the hair is most thick and coarse I guess.
Anyone can give me some advice as how to lessen the occurances of these things. Keep in mind i condtion and take good care of my hair and I have abundant hair; I mean like you can even see my scalp.
Yes, in the back, on my neck. But I think it is because the hair there is finer and not more course. I suggest making sure that you separate the problem hair and then snip with sissors, do not rip or you will stretch the hair and make the problem worse.
