I've had long hair for about 6 years now, but recently I've been snapping my brushes in half. I've gone through 2 Goody(grocery store) brushes, big square ones with anti-snag bristles. Any advice as to where to find more large durable brushes that won't cost me an arm and a leg?
I have thick, fine straight hair to the borrom of my shoulderblades(for now).
OT: Is there a way to search the forums? I couldn't find a link on the site.
Hey, Gauk.
My sisters have some really thick, thick hair and they have broken many combs. I know that there is an 'unbreakable' comb available...perhaps go to the ethnic hair-care section of your local pharmacy or supermarket? I find a lot of hair-care products that are targeted for a black demographic are well-suited to anyone with thck hair. (Including unbreakable brishes and combs, one hopes.)
Best of luck,
Shawn (Mr. Crow)
