my hair: EXTREMLY short, very thick, very crowded, does not know how to grow, well you get the point. The main thing i want to fix is the part that it cant grow. How can i grow it faster? got any super amazing hair growing secrets? or just an amazing recipe i can make on my own? HELP!

my first attempt was 6 months and it grew 1.5 cm and now im trying it again for 1 month and it grew a bit faster than last time 4 mm

there is no magic formula to make your hair grow much faster. Hair growth rate is mostly genetically predetermined. Eating a clean diet may make your hair grow a little bit faster, (maybe 10% faster) but there is nothing that will make it grow a lot faster. You need to be patient and put in the time it takes to grow it.
Hair usually grows about 6 inches per year. Long hair is a long time committment. A mid back length mane will take about 3 years, and waist length (depending on how tall you are) will take about 5 years.

Eat nutritious foods, and regularly drink H2O. It's simply AMAZING... Believe it or not, your hair will indeed grow, if you just follow those 2 simples suggestions.

You have a gift for responding with le mot-juste (okay, I had just looked at Georges' post!), or at least said what I might have said- but much better [grin].
Hair is constantly growing (except for those that go through a 'resting' period).
Just don't cut your hair and it WILL get longer.
