ice cream shampoo? no. but... there is a recipe for sesame ice cream. and sesame has a natural affect on hair that makes it healthier. 5 tablespoons of sesame seeds, 284ml double cream, 700ml whole cream, 200 grams of caster sugar,
1. Toast the seeds in a dry pan until they start to pop.
2. Gring coarsely in a pestle and mortar.
3. Put seeds in a pan with the milk, cream and half the sugar. Bring to the boil and remove from the heat.
4. Whisk the egg yolks with the remaining sugar until fluffy and add to the milk.
5. Cook over a low heat for 5 mins until thickened to a custard consistency.
6. Leave to cool and freeze in an ice cream machine or whish well to get lots of air in, pour into a plastic tub and place in the freezer stirring occasionally until frozen.
if u dont like it just eat the sesame seeds its good for your hair. (this is not a shampoo! you eat it!but it might be a possibility of good shampoo)
Nice cookery tip but I'll stick to the same brands I've been using for a few years and it's done my hair no harm.
I prefer to eat ice cream at the British seaside on or nice summer fruits. Just seems a waste to put it in your hair.
