Hello all !
I'm very happy to update my hair photos. This is the 16th month of regrowing... I remember me at the same point of hair growing several years ago...I should never have cut my hair...
I will post you later some artisitic photos i do sometime in black and white silver photography, i'm trying to correct some defaults because i did it exactly like my father did (who was photograph) and maybe our grand father, developing it with brushes, oils, in the red light after in the dark, traditionally...
Peace, Fellow
Here are the hair photos....
je suis ravi de rencontrer un francophone ici
je suis de quebec
Your hair looks great; don't stop growing it any time soon.

Your hair looks good, and it grows fast. Hair normally grows at 12 to 13 millimeters per month. Yours certainly grows more than 15 millimeters per month, considering how long it is at only 16 months. Keep growing it.

You have much to be happy about with long hair such as you have. Looks great! Good luck to you in continued growth.
ps: I believe your presention of photos is the 1st of its kind that I have ever seen on this board. Well done and ever so novel.
Hello !
Thank you for the responses!
My hair is a very bad at the end, i didn't cut it but i think i really should...
I did the presentation with RapidWeaver from RealMac Software. It is a soft for Mac. I think it is easy to use and can be easily integrated in the iLife suit for the selection of the photos ans movies to broadcast it on your server or on a personal web storage...
Of course i prefer use iWeb which is built-in iLife '06 but he need a very high upload bandwidth when you store the website on your server at home...
This is just what i think about these softs.
If you have some question about Macs, Servers especially servers at home, websites... you can contact me, i'll help you.
Peace fellow.
The website of nyXD Systems, the association we're trying to be (only in french... sorry)
Salut Thomas,
your hair looks better and better - there has been continuous improvement from update to update. I wouldn't trim it - the ends don't look bad, as far as it can be seen on your pictures. Instead, I'd try some other things, like pomade or anti-frizz-lotion with dimethicone/cyclomethicone for the ends (or did I write that already last month?)
By the way, the slide show is a pretty good idea! Is the first picture mirrored? I'm asking this because of the way the shirt appears to be buttonned...
I also saw your other site, quite nice - and you clearly got the best hair in the group! Just lets hope that Arnaud and Kevin will get the right idea, since long hair would look really cool on them, too ;-) Ulysses clearly is on his way....
Happy growth forever!
Hans-Uwe
Hello! Thank you for this answer, that is very nice.
I use a special shampoo that a doctor advised me to use. We can find it in pharmacy in France, and i really seen a changement several weeks after the first use... (the name is Nodé)
Kevin just started growing his hair out, he loves longhair too... lol
We love to be different... And when i was seven, my father came at home with a computer. It was a Mac. My first Mac. And since this day, my life took a very different way. Everybody already told me that i'm different. Remember Apple Computer's epitah, Think Different. That is since my 7th anniversary the thing i wish the more in life. Think Different is the thing i think about every second.
So since 10+ years, i think different.
I remeber a speech from Steve Jobs, the Apple's CEO, in 2005 at Stanford, i think it is very interessant, a very nice lesson of life...
Hi Thomas,
thanks for the link to Steve Jobbs' commencement speech - I love it! I've commented on it already on a comment to Jason's newest post above. Appreciating the ways in which we are different, that has to do with finding and living our dreams, being who we are meant to be, fulfilling the meaning of our life.
(Just an off-topic question: When would I translate "dream" as "rêve", and when as "songe"?)
And, it's great that Kevin is discovering the joys of growing his hair long... congratulations to him!
And, to end this post, here's something else about being different: When I was young, and everyone else was growing his hair, my parents didn't want me to grow my hair ("We are not all the others") - ironically, I have taken up that idea by wearing my hair long - being myself, not all the other guys ;-) and, thank goodness, my parents are at peace with long hair today.
All the best, bonne chance, bon courage, et bonne croissance!
Hans-Uwe
Rêve is dream in english but in French it is the dream tou did last night, something you really wish... and Songe is quite expecially for a reflexion or something like that...
So it is not very easy for me to explain this to you in english...
Peace, Fellow

Hi Fellow,
I'm really impressed with your hair. Your hair is so thick as evidenced by the size of your ponytail circumference.
Thanks for sharing these pictures,
Jason
Thank you very much!
I love yours!!
