Well yeah its been quite awhile since ive posted here. But i still have been growing my hair, its just hit the 2 year mark. Unfortuneatly i had alot of split ends as i did not take very good care of my hair used crappy shampoo, ripped through it combing most the time. So i got about a inch trimmed off of it, took care of most the split ends. But im manually clipping the remaining ones, which is going to take me a fair amount of time due ot how thick my hair is. I need some tips on prevention and maintaining my hair from this point forward, give me your advice, also here are new photos.

Hi
Trevor
Congratulation on hitting the two year mark with your wonderful hair, regarding you having your trimmed id say just take the damaged part off usually about a inch but only if its really necessary to have it trimmed as its grown so very fast since the last time i saw it !
Trevor how do you usually wear you hair !
Axel
I have decided to trim the remaining split ends on my own time considering its not like all my hairs are split. I usaully wear myhair down, occasionally i put it in a tail. I just recently got better shampoo and i purchased oil as well. A combination product of jojoba, olive, coconut, and avacodo oil. Its working very well.
You just need to establish a good routine for taking care of your hair. After a while, it will just become habit.
I get a deep conditioning treatment once a month, and I'd defintely recommend the same for you. It will only cost about $20 or so, but well worth it to keep your hair in good shape.
Wow, I guess it has been awhile since you last posted pics. Has it been a year? Your back pic nicely shows off just how much longer your hair has gotten. Congratulations.
I would say less shampoo and more good quality conditioner.
Anyway, it looks cool so you haven't done much wrong.
Hi trevor,
your hair looks excellent, and it suits you perfectly! Good to see you around! - By the way, in my experience, "anti-frizz serum" or other products containing dimethicone, cyclomethicone, and almost nothing else (i.e. a clear oily fluid) even seemed to glue split ends back together - in any case, it stopped other ones from appearing. In addition, it makes my hair a lot more manageable. It works like a leave-in conditioner.
Happy onward growth!
Hans-Uwe
P.S. I think the nose ring looks cool, to!
