Busy Busy, but luckily school, writing, and everything else haven't effected the waist-length hair mission. It's only been 2 years (and a month) but everything is going great.
I had my first trim last month, and decided I'm only going to trim once every two years, as I don't really have problems keeping my hair in good condition.
I believe one more year will give me what I consider "long hair" so I'm looking forward to this year.
Anyhow, here's some photos.
Wow, Zac, very nice hair! Definitely sleek and quite healthy. =)

You lucky son of a...... lol. Very nice hair. Looks really good.
What you have attained at present looks magnificent!
Your hair is absolutely lovely, Zac. It looks well cared for and in excellent condition. Waist length should take you another 2 years or so.
Long hair forever.
Absalom
Thanks a lot Absalom! I'm hoping the growth continues to go smoothly, as waist-length will definitely give me a sense of accomplishment.
Great looking hair there, dude! Waist length is going to ROCK! Thanks for sharing..
Hi
Zac

Thanks for sharing your pictures to
Axel
The only thing I don't like about your hair is that it isn't MY OWN!!!!
Man, Zac... are you trying to make us all turn green with envy here, or what? Really, really healthy-looking, smooth, thick, shiny, silky, great color, blah blah blah... (and, under my breath: grumble grumble!!)...
In a nutshell, I'm mad just thinking about saying this: your hair is PERFECT. Not fair. *I* want it!!!
- Ken
Ken, you are far too kind. I didn't know people from SF are so nice! I ceratinly didnt have the best time last time I was there!
Hi Zac,
Your hair looks fantastic, so healthy, thick and shiny! Your hair will look amazing when it reaches your goal of waist length.
Keep it growing,
David
Your hair looks like it's in excellent condition. I like the dark color, too. It will be fun to see it continue to get longer.
Thats very, very nice hair indeed!!
You quite simply have perfect hair!
Hey, thanks man. Nothing is perfect though! I have all the lame hair issues we all have, I just find solutions to them, and make the hair stays in good shape.
Your hair appears to ben in perfect condition, how do you manage to keep it so healthy? What shampoo & conditioner are you using?
Didn't you also have Native American relatives, or am i just confused?
Hey simpa88,
Thanks for the kind words. Much appreciated. I do have a lot of Native American heritage, and in fact most of my relatives have awesome hair. Not just in length, but longevity as well.
My grandfather for instance is 70, and has a full head of hair!
As for my hair "regimen" it's pretty simple.
I take a vitamin called Ultra Hair, and I use Aussie Moist shampoo and conditioner. I wash/condition once every 1 to 2 weeks, rinse with super cold water, and let it air-dry. That's it.
I'll use a Boar Bristle Brush during the week to distribute the oils, and I have a Satin pillowcase, which is awesome for hair.
Sleep can be damaging to your hair if you have a cotton pillowcase, and you toss and turn a lot.
And that's all. Simple, and effective.
It's what works for me.
Zac
Beautiful hair, man! Straight and wavy lower down and very, very shiny. You must take very good care of it as it looks incredibly good. You should be proud!
Hi Zac,
time seems to be flying by, and your hair looks perferct - the longer the better! I agree, waist length will suit you best, and you'll be there soon enough... Since you have Native American ancestry, long hair would be part of your cultural identity, too. In any case, it's great to know that you got great hair genes!
All the best, and, happy growth!
