hi folks,
well,I've seen the term "deep conditioning" thrown around here and there...but don't know what it means?can someone enlighten me as to what this is?thanks..appreciate it!!
When I refer to deep conditioning, I'm talking about the conditining treatment where one applies the conditioner, covers the hair, then leaves it on for several minutes (anywhere from 15-30). This can be done in a hair salon or with a home product like Crew.
The benefit of this treatment is that the hair stays much healther than when just regular conditioner is used.
