I found some inexpensive baby shampoo, are they better for hair compared to regular shampoo? I hear someone said how it dries your hair but then I got some mane and tail conditoner as well...
Baby shampoo is very mild as it contains a high pH level. Regular shampoos contain lower pH levels. Most Baby Shampoos contain Sodium lauryl sulphate, wich is less harsh than Sodium laureth sulfate. I suppose it wont damage your hair. I , personally , Don't like the Baby shampoo. I prefer regular shampoo. One brand in particular is, Garnier fructis sleek and shine. It works wonders for my hair.
