I know I'm guilty of spamming up this board but hey, autumn only comes once per year, right?!
So, on to the spam!
Hi Jason,
Great, as always, gives me a serious case of hair envy. Keep it growing forever.
David
truly sensational...love the environment!!(and the hair) :P
Beautiful countryside... I wish I could see open country free of garbage and factory again....
Looking great Jason!
- Oren
Your pictures are inspiring, as always!
Your photos are never considered spam (at least, I'd hope not)! I was wondering when you'd post another update. As always, quite awesome and making me very envious. =)
-James
Jason, your hair looks wonderful. Keep on growing it.
Absalom
If this be your way of spamming it is great. As always, sensational long hair of great inspiration. All of your photos with natural surroundings in the background are tops!
Thanks for spamming! :-)
Nah. Spam is unsolicited and unwelcome. Yours are not.
I really like the half-tail in braid. Do you do that on your own? If so, I am envious. I simply cannot get my hands to work right behind my head. I have daughters whose hair I braided for years when they were younger, so I know how to braid hair. Just not behind my head. However, I will be showing your pics to my wife and asking for some help in doing this this week! Thanks for the show, and the autumn scenes are excquisite. Nothing like eastern US terrain in the fall!
Robert--a little further south, but in the east, and it's gorgeous here, too.
Thank you!
Yes, I do all my own braiding. Believe me, it took quite awhile to learn and I'm still learning. Those are actually two different halftail braids. The one in the darker pic is braided better than the more lumpy other one. I find just practicing while watching TV helps a lot. You can try a braid, go check how it looks, and then try another.
I also really like this look and wore it out for the time Friday night. I got a few looks but it was fun. Definitely brought out my inner elf! :)
Jason, I'm in awe. Great scenery too. Are you in Western Mass? I'm on the coast, it's been beautiful here too.
arnocello
Thanks. No, I'm in eastern Massachusetts, on the north shore.
Then we must be nearly neighbors. I'm in Gloucester. (Okay, Glosta.)
Nice to meet you neighbor! I'm in Danvers. I've done tons of scuba diving in Gloucester and Rockport.
Who takes all of your wonderfully posed hair pics?
If I asked anybody here to do that for me they would think I was
certafiable. But then nobody here supports my long hair anyway.
You must have cool friends who support you in your quest for long
(or longer) hair.
I take 95% of my own pics. I got a tripod this past summer which has helped a lot.
My real friends have supported me. Those that don't, well I guess they were never really my friends.
It feels so much better to have a beard in late autumn and winter...
I've long thought of you as a 21st century renaissance man - intelligent, articulate, thoughtful, etc. But with that half-tail braid and beard, you surely have the look of a renaissance man as well! :-)
Definitely suits you quite well. =)
It looks good and it will keep your face warm. 1 to 2 inches long should be enough to protect you from the elements.
Absalom
That look with your hair down suits you for informal occasions. If you keep it trimmed and half an inch or so with the neck line clean it will really good good for the winter.
For business with you hair back that length is good too.
Hi Jason,
if all the "Spam" were like yours, the board would be even better! Great pictures, great hair, and, the short "winter beard" suits you very well, too.
All the best!
Hans-Uwe
As always, your hair looks great! Hope you can find someone to help you with the pictures. Keep it growing!
Excellent Jason! That half-tail braid looks like a really fun style to do. That's great that you can do it on your own. The beard looks good as well. You might find that you want to keep it year-round. Some will always insist that a beard is hot in the summer, but I have never found it so.
I did not realize you were from Mass. I love to hear people from that area talk. It would probably be as entertaining for you to hear me as it would for me to hear you however.
Do you say, "I'm going to pahk the cah in Havahd yahd when I go into Bahstan?" HAHAHAHAHA!!
Thanks. It is my favorite style.
I like some variety in facial hair but given the choice, I do prefer the beard.
No! *cringe* I hope I don't talk that way. I try to always pronounce my "r's"! I know what you mean though. Some of the people I work with have very thick Boston accents to the point where I have to smile, it's so blatant.
