I have a really embarassing problem.
I part my hair and every morning when i do my hair i have to spend ages with two mirrors with gel trying to cover up a bald patch on the top of my head with "borrowed hair".
Does anyone know of any medicines/tablets i could use to make the hair in this bald patch grow again? Thanks.
Unfortunately, a bald patch on the top of the head, a bit to the back, is often called a "solar panel" -- one of the early signs of male pattern baldness. It may be well to have it evaluated by a dermatologist so you can decide whether you want to consider either using Rogaine or having finasteride ("Propecia") prescribed for you. Caution: Neither of those options is particularly cheap; either would have to be continued for the rest of your life or until you no longer wished to stop the balding process.
