  I have a boar bristle brush but i don't know how often i should brush my hair with it, would once in a week be enough?

  And also, what's good with brushing the hair?

    I think the BBB is only useful for spreading the scalp oil throughout the hair...and should NOT be used to detangle hair...so I've heard..

    I also have a boar bristle brush. I only use it after my hair has dried after showering, to spread the sebum down to the ends of my hair. To detangle and style my hair when its wet, I use a wide toothed comb.
