  All the boards go through cycles. I guess if you did a very extensive survey you could see some overall pattern (change of the seasons, state of the economy, holidays, etc.,.) but I don't think there is some precise timing to this. People come and go and the message cycle starts anew every time enough new folks come into the Board.
