just a follow up to all the braid posts
I'd love to know what this guy is up to these days, because these photos are probably atleast 5 years old now. But thank you for posting them, as I haven't seen them in quite some time, and it is truly a braid to behold.
I cannot even imagine in my wildest dreams what it would be like to have a braid like that . . . it is just some incredibly fantastic that it is outside the realm of reality for me.
Haha! No kidding. He could easily knock somebody out with that if he swung it the right way. A lucky shot might indeed catch somebody off guard and kill them. Or, he could just approach from behind and strangle with it.
Please, people. Use your braids/locks only for peace. Won't somebody pleas think of the children? :)
Seriously, that looks like it's not terminal even. Interesting to hear that those pictures are 5 years old. Either he trimmed it, or he's stepping on it! Or... maybe he cut. Bwa! better not to know, maybe.
You are right Steve, especially when spinning around on a dance floor. Others would have to stay at least 4 feet away. If you are any closer, you will get whacked in the face. I think Ken used the phrase "hair weapon of mass destruction".
His braid is amazing. It is almost certain he lives in Santa Cruz CA. (The tops of the pages had scruz-braid-1 and scruz-braid-2 in them.)

WOW! Look at the THICKNESS of that thing! Even on the bottom, where most really long braids taper to near nothing! Too bad there isn't a picture of the hair loose to see how thick the hair is.

Am I the only skeptic? In this photo, it looks like there is a dijuncture several inches above the shoulders. I wish it were true, but I am suspecting a hair extention until I know better.
