Hello all,
I thought I would share a pic of my current project I am working on. I had a couple of Delco 6x9 drivers laying around and decided to build cabinets for them. So far I have one built and the other just needs the front driver board cut. I am waiting for the glue to dry. I plan to finish these with a charcol colored speaker carpet.
The one I seems to sound very good. I was listening to it outside today while building the second cabinet. I noticed that the sound carries very well from the speaker and the bass will hit very deep. The sound seems to come from all over and not from the speaker. I was very surprised during a few bass hits in the music I was listening to. I can't wait to hear what it sounds like when I have both speakers going. :-) Hopefully sometime this week I will be able to listen to both.

That's a huge cabinet for a small speaker like that. I bet the bass sounds fairly decent.
