Hi James, This is about 2 years, 8 months of growth with no trims, cuts, etc. Hang in there and just let it grow and you should have no problems...

No. I'm a pipe organ technician. I just fixed and tune them. I play just enough pipe organ to get by! I am a professional jazz musician, though. I play bass [guitar and upright], guitar, keyboards, and vibes. As far as I know, I'm the only longhaired jazz musician around here! [San Jose, CA area]

What a great update Rick. Your hair is looking ever so fantastic! For many years I was also an Organist/Choir Director as well as Recitalist. But I am best known as a composer.
hehehe............are you trying to play one of the Bach Trio Sonatas? In collage those things drove me up a wall! Give me Franck, Widor, Vierne, Durufle and early Dupre any day.........but NOT Bach.........at least those 6 Trio Sonatas.

That's some impressively long ponytail, looks in wonderful condition! (A guy in my golf foursome recently started growing his hair--has nearly identical hair type to yours--I know what he has to look forward to!) I was wondering if you are aiming for waist length? Thanks, Chris! I do a water rinse each day, shampoo it maybe twice a week, and use conditioner generally every other day. I finger comb it a lot during the day, also. Other than that, just letting in grow with no particular goal in mind.
