Well, I've been growing it for a little over 15 months, and something happened today that hadn't happened before. When I went to put on my backpack my hair got caught under the strap. It actually happened twice today =) I know it's a rather odd milestone, but it's a milestone indeed. =)
Also, I never got around to taking progress pics this month due to being busy with school and spending time with family and friends over the holidays. I'm actually thinking about waiting until I hit 18 months to take more progress pics, so that I could see the change more. It seems like the month to month growth doesn't really show up as much when hair gets longer.
As far as hair care goes, it actually seems to be getting easier. I only have to use shampoo 1 to 2 times a week these days and for the last four or five months I've been fingercombing only. It really helps to keep the curls defined and whatnot, as opposed to a comb which would warp my hair and make it lose it's shape. Well, that's enough rambling. Cheers all!

I feel the same about my hair. I've been growing it for the same length of time as you and I just don't notice much difference anymore from month to month, though when I compare it to photos 3/4 months ago, I see lots of progress. So I'm only gonna post progress pics every couple of months from now on.
Good Luck!
I know what you mean about odd milestones, one that was interesting to me was when I first that if I am sitting back in a chair and just try to move my head down without leaning forward, my hair kept me from moving my head down. Weird new connection between my back and head, dumb little things like that that you develop new habits around without too much thought. That and having to actually be careful with long hair and food lol!
Hey Noble - Funny, the exact same thing happened to me yesterday. I was thinking about posting it too. Guess you beat me to it. Keep it growing. Bruce
haha..that's cool man...that happened to me too!!who said school doesn't make your head hurt? :P
Hehe, I remember those days, great at first. But it got annoying eventually : ). Funny, I forget the solution I came up with to stop snagging my hair in my bags straps.

I know exactly what you mean. Yes, it's an odd milestone but a milestone none the less. Another thing to watch out for: If you're driving in your car with your hair loose, have the fan on to bring in air from outside, have the driver's window open a bit and then roll it up... watch out and make sure the air flowing out of the window didn't grab a few loose hairs. I did that one and then got out of the car. OUCH!! :)
