I just got back from a business trip with very limited net access and read your responses to my "cellphone pic" update. Got a lot of catching up to do on new posts!
Just a few answers to some of your questions...
1] No, I'm not a church organist. I'm a pipe organ technician who plays just enough to be dangerous! I'm a jazz musician [primarily bass (guitar and upright) but also play guitar, keyboards, and vibes]. My boss is the organist of the company. Yep... I'm into heavy metal... lead, tin, and zinc! :)
2] The organ in the pic is an Aeolian Skinner from 1959. If I remember correctly, it's about 40 ranks. The pipework is mostly Aeolian Skinner with added ranks over the years. We have about 100 organs that we maintain, 98 churches and 2 theater organs.
3] As far as a hair length goal.. nothing in particular. Just letting it grow. When I first start growing it, I was thinking about mid-back. It's there already!
4] My hair color is primarily brown [with gray ;) ] but looks black, light brown, blonde depending on the lighting.
5] No, I've never had any trims to remove split ends. To the best of my knowledge, I don't have any... unless I've got some and don't know what they look like!
6] A great way to improve the quality of your cellphone camera pics... if your camera doesn't have a clear cover over the lens, get a small cotton swab [Q-Tip or something like that] and clean the lens every so often. I was wondering why my pics were getting blurrier as time when on. Too much dust build-up on the lens... :)

Im into heavy metal myself too, I wish I had the same music skill you have though... I couldn't even play pentatonic scale on a guitar at decent speed...
That is tres cool, sir; those instruments are the pinnacle of analogue music technology! As far as "heavy metal" is concerned, my favourite programming language is solder.
Eek! Maybe I'm a bit "old school", but isn't that what "lens paper" is for? Then again, the typical cell' 'phone has a lifespan of what compared to classic SLRs and TLRs.
