Well I'm going tomorrow to submit a bunch of resumes to nearby places for a part time job. I've been growing my hair for ~3 years and it's around 18 inches long...and I'm wondering, anything I should know about if they would care or not? I'm probably going to tie it back (otherwise I don't like ponytails, I like my hair down), but I don't know if it's really necessary - and if it would be better at all as opposed to not having it in a ponytail. Any tips?
I defnitely recommend tying it back, unless it's extraordinarily well-behaved. I have a job interview later this week and I'm going in with my hair down (it's not quite long enough to tie back).
Just don't worry about it and be yourself! I had two interviews while in the worst part of my awkward phase (my hair was too short to tie back and it was very sloppy looking) and I was offered both jobs.
Good luck with the job search.
