What kind of comb or brush is best for straight hair slightly longer than shoulder-length? Im using a small, plastic pocket comb that most (short-haired) guys use, basically because that is what I have always used. But now that it's long, I dont know if thats the best thing for my hair. Any suggestions?
Hello, I only use a wide teeth hard rubber saw cut comb. It is very useful for detangling the hair and it works good if the hair is wet. Before that I used this usual men's hair comb and everytime bundles of hair were put out, I think I have damaged a lot of hair through breaking. Now the hair looks thicker and healthier as ever before. This sort of comb is also used from women with super long hair.

Agreed, wolfgang. Wide-toothed hard rubber combs are better than plastic; a Vent brush with rubber teeth is also good. You will risk damage (especially when hair is wet)if you use a bristle brush. (Take it from a longhaired men-friendly stylist.)
