My hair's at the awkward stage- sides not long enough for a pony tail, back well over the collar. The back wants to splay out to the sides, but I've found if I put it together (pony tail w/o the tie!) it looks a lot better.
I figure a light-hold hair spray would keep it together while I'm at work, save me a lot of combing and playing with it. The archive search isn't working, so thought I'd ask you regulars if you could recommend something. Thanks!
I am pretty much at the same stage as you. I have decided to let the back splay away. It really doesn't look all bad, just different. By accident I picked up some Pantene hair spray the other day, and so far, it does what I need. On hair wash days, it makes my hair just sticky enough to hold together and not go completely crazy. Other suff I've tried looks a lot like lacquer!
Thanks for the info. I've switched to Pantene for shampoo & conditioner, so it seems reasonable to use their spray. Sorta. Do they have a number of types? Which one did you selct & find ok?
Biolage Spritz. It's what I use.
Same here. I find that it holds well and yet (unlike others) my hair can still be combed out the next day. btw, I learned about it from my wife.
