With my curls it is always tough to comb/brush. I am using a medium sized pin brush. (link of a brush like mine below) - But maybe I should be using another kind of brush. What dou you think? My hair is really thick and curly.

My hair is a bit curly as well. It doesnt react well to brushes. Everytime i brush it , It gets frizzy. Try a wide tooth comb or fingercombing.
