Well here is a picture of me. I am 36 in uk and have near midback thick hair. Any comments or tips to keep it looking good would be welcomed

Thanks for posting the picture and I would say you have no worries as your hair looks in great condition and has great wavy body to it and a nice colour.
I would say you are using the right techniques to keep your hair looking good.
