As I recall, there used to be a form we filled out and the picture had to be a specific size. Of course, I can't find that link now...

Yes, that one is probably the best, in terms of appearance and the shape of the photo. Although, I touched up the other pic, still, wrong shape I think (too long & narrow):

I prefer the one that shows a LOT of hair around your face, the first one. To change your avatar I believe you need to contact Oren, as he does the computer work necessary to change it. Hope this helps.

At first i thought you should use the second one, its' a little more artsy, whimsical. But I concur with the others, use the first as it displays your hair length better.
