Oren would probably crop out the fan in the 80x80 photo but for the larger photo that shows up if the 80x80 photo clicked on, the fan is likely to remain. She may want to ask him to crop it out there. If she has a web page (something the application form will ask her) then there will be no large version of the photo.

Your question has been answered numerous times, so I just wanted to add that you're pretty pretty. Your eyes are captivating, and your hair is a nice color, in a style I don't see too often. I usually prefer seeing hair down, but your style looks nice, nonetheless.
