I know that most of you guys frown upon getting one's hair trimmed if the goal is longer hair, but how about getting it thinned? Gotta stay presentable, afterall. The lady who cuts my hair puts the outter layer in a clip before thinning it, so it keeps all the length on the outside and a lot on the inside. I'm just losing the flip ups in the back, so if thinning it will screw that up, then I won't. Also, I'm just trying to get it around my shoulders in the back, kind of a Mitch Hedberg thing, if that makes a difference. Thanks for any responses I get.
I miss Mitch [sob]... he was my absolute fav.
..sorry for going O/T
I'm interested in what every1 has to say about thinning shears myself.
How can I put this succinctly? Thinning shears are to long hair what fire would be to the scarecrow in the Wizard of Oz. They do not mix.
Well...mmm for the n/t "I agree with you group..lol" I'd steer clear of those nasty old thinning scissors for sure.
We have sound independent minds here lol (n/t!!!)
