  I have no idea how they do it. I suppose they misplace them. I remember when i was driving by there , There was this sign that said "To I-95 pointing west". The I-95 was east. I was laughing because when you head west on that particular street , You end up in a dead end in front of the winwood project building. The winwood project building is HELL Personified. Also , There are lots of street signs missing. I don't know how they pull it off. All that i know is that any non-florida tag roaming about in that neighborhood after 9.pm is toast. If you are white and lurk in the neighborhood, They think two things. You are a junkie looking for dope or You are a cop. God forbid they see an out of florida tag like i mentioned above.     wow..it looks like Overtown used to be a thriving place in the past.It seems as if the construction of those 2 interstate highways displaced the better portion of the 'middle-class' folk,hence why that area went downhill.Also,are the locals really that rude as all the reviews in the 2nd article say?

    as far as the weather goes,St.Louis weather is kinda chaotic-one minute there might be sunshine,the next minute there may be a thunderstorm!!I think this is because we have cold air streams coming from Canada,as well as hot airstreams coming from the gulf of Mexico.Recently, (in the summer) there was a major tornado which destroyed several utility poles and put 500,000 residents in the dark for several days!!(including myself).Well,take care man!!
