Hey all, here is a pic that shows my current hair length. Let me know what you think... Should I grow it longer?
Any suggestions about how I should care for it at this stage?

Yea, grow it as long as it will take.... I seen women with really (down to butt) long hair and I gotta tell the truth, hair that long is rare even among womens.
Yeah, Tai Fu, you don't see that very often, but it's a very pleasing sight. I find women with very long hair very attractive.

Dude, you're in NoVA? This is the first time I've seen you on the board. Looks fantastic. If you are getting routine trims to keep it at that length, I wouldnt't change it; but if this is the first time you've grown it out then where you want to stop is all up to you. It looks like you could grow it a lot longer, if that's what you want.
Some of us in the DC-metro area get together sometimes. We haven't been a wild bunch, usually we do something like museums, the zoo, hiking, renfair, or walking around town on a Saturday. If that sounds appealing, e-mail back and we'll try to keep you in loop.
Absolutely fantasic long hair that fits you perfectly at its present length! Magnificent! About growing it longer, of course this should be up to you. "If" you DO decide on more length and find you don't like it the solution is simple. But as far as in harmony overall, it looks to me perfect.
Shampoo and Conditioner or whatever you have been doing appears to be working great. You have REALLY something to be proud of.

You have a gorgeous mane that you should be proud of, and I'm sure is the envy of everyone here (myself included!). It certainly looks as though whatever hair care routine you're using right now is the right one, your hair looks in perfect condition! I would say to keep growing it. How long has it taken you to reach the current length? Welcome aboard, and hope you post more often.

Seriously, you look just like Brad Pitt in that movie he made in the late 90s called "Legends of the Fall". Does anyone else see the resemblence?
Ironic you should say that! I did think EXACTLY the same thing but did not comment on it in my post. (Except I think the hair is longer and in much better condition than Brad Pitt's was in the movie)

You have really nice hair! Sorta reminds me of mine, or what mine would have looked like years ago if long.
How long to grow it is your call, but I think you'd look fantastic with waist-length or longer hair.

Mighty impressive mane that you've got going on there. That is where I am hoping to be in a year and a bit if not sooner (I wish). I can clearly see that you have been looking after it greatly as it looks very healthy and well managed. I say that you should give it a go at growing longer purely for the fact that until you have you may not know whether or not it is for you in the long run or how good it may look. If you aren't happy with it that length later then feel free to cut it back to it's present length but it is worth a go. Anyway best of luck and take care.
Hey DD, your hair looks great. You are wondering about growing it longer, I would say yes. I would recommend at least waist length. It appears from the photo that you are currently taking good care of your hair. Keep growing it for sure, it will only get better with more length. Peace.

Wow! That's some awesome length and a great natural color. Obviously it's your decision whether or not to grow your hair longer, but I'd say sure, why not! =)
