Hi,
I am 32 years old and I know that this has probably been asked before, but does hair stop growing? I have grown mine out to mid-hip length, but for the past few months it seems like it has not grow at all. Should I trim it?

Awesome length! Many of us never get that much, so celebrate, man!
To neaten up the ends, if you want that, yeah. To make it grow longer, no, because it won't.
Terminal length hair does tend to look thin and a bit ratty near the ends, so some guys opt to have somewhat shorter hair by trimming off the last few inches. This may make your mane look thicker and healthier, but of course it will be shorter if you do that.
well the stress under wihich your hair is growing at plus the proportion of hair mass to body mass makes it seem as though it may not but it does. cya
