Yeah well finally got to take a shot of my progress and I hate it lol. I look in the mirror and I look ok then I shoot myself with the damn camera and I look like a mummy (I'm telling you these things are made so that you look uglier :D) The first photo is kinda blurry and I didnt have much time to take more, the backs is not very visible as well. Next update I'll try to do better.
Anyway I guess I think it's ok. I wash it every other with water and every three days with shampoo & conditioner (once a week I put a leave-in). So whatcha think? :/
PS. I'm not emo, sick of everyone saying that just like to keep my bangs like that for this length that I have so far.

looks nice and straight. Just the kind of hair that seems to avoid the horrors of the "Awkward Stage."
Good Luck...
Looks pretty good! I just hit my 8-month mark on Friday. You'll definitely have awesome long hair, so keep it growing and don't concern yourself too much with how it looks in the awkward stage. It'll be worth it in the end. =)

I think you are being too hard on yourself.........kind-of a normal thing with most people. Your hair looks great and appears to be the ideal type to work with. What some guys wouldn't give for that!
If you let your hair grow-out, I have no doubts that you will have sensational long hair.
Hi Grrrr,
your hair is showing nice progress - just be patient and watch it grow longer. In about 4 months, you will be able to tuck your bangs behind your ears, and within another six months, they will fit into a pony tail.
No reason for "emo alarm".
All the best, and happy growth!

Personally, I think you have awesome hair. It has a wonderful colour, and is nice and straight, which will make the growing out process a breeze and means your hair will look fabulous with added length. Keep it growing, I do hope you plan to grow it really long.

I'm going to be echoing some earlier repliers. Your hair looks straight enough to have a very limited awkward stage, if there is any at all! As for the emo comments, try to ignore them. Everyone will see once you're past this stage that your goal isn't emo.
Your haircare routine seems to be working. As your hair gets longer, you may want to cut back on the shampooing. Like most things, though, you just have to experiment to see what works for you.
I'm one who also has a hard time with pictures. Maybe that's why I've only been in twenty or so the past two years [grin].
I think you have great hair!! :))
keep growing it,and worry about the photos. It's normal to not like what you see in the pics..I take a million pics of myself, but very few are decent enough to be posted! :P
Looks good grrrrr!
Keep it growin'
