This is ridiculous...
Hideous!!! Its just my opinion though. to each his own.
I dont know... I dont see many asian girls with long hair these days... in fact in Taiwan I am having a little trouble telling male from female because alot of youngsters who looks and dresses not of their gender. I dont mean makeups and stuff but just some young men looks so skinny you think he's a girl...
There is a certain celebrity from Korea that is like this... I dont know if its Rain.
I mean his hair is sort of long...but it's not him lol i've gotta see this other guy lol can you name one of his songs?
I agree..............but I also wonder if it is really for real? Can "Terminal" length possibly last this long? Perhaps it has to do with genetics and nationality?
maybe its photoshopped?
Awesome!
The background is kind of sad though...the whole hair ate my life thing.
Beautiful hair though!
She should wrap it around her body! Goodbye clothes!
That IS overdoing it a bit! If it is real, that is.
when the hair are too long like that , you lose the pleasure of letting them fly in your back...
I read an old Guiness book of records the other day - I think the 2000 or 2001 edition. At the time the record for the longest hair was by a man in an african tribe who was 72 years old at the time. Apparently his hair 15'6"! With no cutting or trimming over somethin like a 50 year period of growth!!
But yeah, it is a bit silly, if its real.

And I love her hair... She's been an inspiration for me ever since I started growing my hair. Obviously I'd never want my hair to be that long, for it leaves her without mobility and she can never wear it down.
YET... I love her hair, and she loves it two... And yes, it is real =) She is know by DYQ, and there were a lot of pictures from her posted on the Long Hair Site...
This hair is wonderfull... I don't think there will ever be a hair so healthy and long as this is =)
It sounds to me that some members of this board are showing the same prejudice against her as the short hair establishment shows to us. While I agree that, if it is real, it is aggravating and not for me, she deserves the respect and support of all long hairs. TLH
Buzzheads look at shoulder length and say ridiculous, Shoulder lengths look at knee length and say ridiculous. It is not up to others how one should live thier life, but only your choice.
Take care,

Someone recently made the same comment to me; I'm at shoulder length.
If that's what she likes, more power to her.
i find it amusing that so many longhairs here (who frequently pride themselves on being more openminded and accepting about a person's hair) would use some of the same comments that i'm sure we've all heard others give us about our own long hair (e.g. "that's hideous", "that's ridiculous").
it certainly shows that the esteem we give ourselves on being more liberated, accepting and openminded than most people about something as (relatively) trivial as hair length is simply a piece of arrogance on our part and is perhaps not justified.
Nope its all about the way you see it !
Just imagine the time and commitment that this woman has made to grow and keep her long hair. Her hair is amazing with an astonishing terminal lenth. I would do just about anything for her genes! It is so entirely wrong that you would judge someone for something that you feel strongly about yourself. I personally think that you are very jealous! :)
Sure, you can argue that her hair, or hair that's beyond floor-length (i.e., floor-touching), is no longer pretty or sexy and that it's probably a lot harder to take care of and maintain than shorter hair, and also that wearing it down is quite risky, meaning that the possessor of such hair loses one of the joys many of us longhairs so ardently praise. But you can similarly argue that all of that is subjective. There's no problem with saying that you think it's "unnecessary" or "a bit much" to have such a length of hair, but to outright call it ridiculous is just as ridiculous as some short-haired little boy calling you girly, gay, or whatever merely because of the length of your hair. It's not like this board to hypocritically slam other's beliefs or practices. I agree that we are all entitled to our opinions; of course we are. But some of them don't need to be said. Were you the lady in this picture, you'd be quite offended to be brought to the buzzboard and cross-examined in such a fashion as was done here.
Think 'bout that.
Peace
"One can never be too rich, too thin, or have too long hair."
Okay, I made up a third of that saying. And it is possible to be too thin. But not the others!

why is it ridiculous????I thought this board was about accepting other people for who they are :((
