So, I've been growing my hair out for two years, and I'm happy with it, just wondering something.
The back of my neck (or nape, or whatever you call it), the short hairs, are getting pretty long. I'm wondering, do you guys shave the back of your neck?
I figure it'd look better if I shaved it for when I wear a ponytail, but I can't decide if it'd look better or just wierd.
It does look neater to shave the nape of the neck, but I do not do it because it feels icky and strange against my shirt, and then sandpaper-ey when the hairs start to grow back (which is very quickly for me). I have a werewolf neck though which is very hairy, but I hardly ever did and won't tie my hair back, so it really doesn't show. It's certainly up to you though.
I found too that when I did shave it, my hair got caught against it when sweaty and pulled - not fun.
