So Victor asked me to coordinate a meetup at Scarborough Faire (Waxahachie, Tx; Just south of Dallas)
The Faire runs April 7th through May 28th, Saturdays, Sundays, and Memorial Day Monday.
I'm working as a manager of a booth this year, so I'll be here all weekends, however, I won't be able to hang out until after closing cannon (sunset).
So now the questions for you. . .
1)How many live close enough to be able to make it to the area?
2)Those of you that can make it, would you rather meet at the faire itself, or in town afterwards (there's a great asian buffet in town).
3)What weekend works for most of you? I know most likely we won't be able to make it work for everyone, but i'd like to make it work for as many of you as possible.

So far it looks like only Victor and I have shown an interest.
I know eating at the faire can be expensive and limited.Also if you've spent all day there you might be ready to be somewhere else.
I'll be out of town April 21 thru 29.Might miss the last weekend too,not sure.I've got a Friends of the Faire ticket so I'll be there as often as I can.We've got some time to set this up.

I live in the Dallas/Ft Worth area, but am stuck 1600 miles away in Seattle for a couple of years.
Maybe I can make it down in mid May...we'll see... :)

I think any weekend will work for me. My daughter's birthday is on April 22, which is a Sunday. She loves Scarborough Fair, but I don't know if she would be available that weekend, due to birthday activities. I most likely would like to be with her on part of her birthday.
As far as where to meet, I wouldn't go up that way without going to the faire, so meeting there or elsewhere both would work. I also would have a 2 or 3 hour drive home, so I wouldn't want to stay TOO late. I guess I'd probably want to be back on the road by 8:30PM or thereabouts.
