A moderator on a longhair forum recommended me shampoo bars to wash your hair. Supposedly it doesn't strip the hair like commercial shampoos do. And you don't need a conditioner according to the claims.

Hi Ken,
I purchase some of these samples after seeing a post of Jasons that suggested them. $1.95 each + low$$ shipping costs. I have used the Chamomile & Citrus and it seems to work great. I have not been using any conditioner afterwards but it still feels like my hair needs it. At the moment it seems like the site is screwing up though.
