... but I can't get it out of my head.
Today I took my friend's phone and dialed 911 as the dumbed joke I've ever thought of and he got mad and hit me on the head which is ok lol but then he pulled my hair really hard for a few secs. No hairs came out and I know hair is really strong especially the roots but nonetheless would there be any damage?

Happened to me too... One crazy classmate-chick pulled my hair very hard but no hair came out either....
As an EMT i'd point out that making calls to 911 in a non-
emegency situation can 1. lead to others not reaching 911
when they require it for life threatening things. and 2.
can lead to you getting arrested/fined/or your friend
getting in trouble.
Yeah but I only called 911 but it didn't even ring. I just dialed and didn't wait for it to actually connect.
And around here the address you're calling from pops up on their
screen (enhanced 911) so without even saying a word if it
rang one time even before picking up they know where the call came from.
Oh and that cell phone? Very soon, if you're area doesn't have
it yet, the police will know your exact location when you call
911.
Also just dialing the number may have given someone else with
a true emergency a busy signal.
Prolly not a major concern. My wife has been known to pull my hair from time to time, and I haven't really seen anything indicative of a problem resulting.
