Actually, I just posted below concerning your pic.
We have been very busy at work and I'm a bit under the weather. The flu has hit us rather hard in Arkansas.

Yes, I have now seen the picture. The long hair and beard makes you look much more adventurous. You seem to have very little gray in your facial hair. My facial hair was jet black until I was about 25 then it began to rapidly turn gray. Now it is over 50% gray.

BTW, I really don't get sick very often, but, I don't handle a cold very well when I do :(

Here's the beard at 22 days, more up to date picture, my natural colour. (I think I'll ask Oren to make this my new avatar as the old one doesn't have beard)

you don't need to know his address.click on the "directory of users",then click on "view all 190 users on one long page".scroll down to Oren's profile and click on his username.
Thanks Jeffrey, for the compliment. Oren's email address should be in the directory of users for obtaining an avatar update. Sometimes he will make the change if you make a post to the board requesting a change, but there is no guarantee he will see the post, hence it is better to email him.

Thanks for the beard compliment! I am really liking it right now, I had been thinking about making another post to solicit opinions from all the guys as to whether I should colour it or keep it natural. I think I have enough dark to keep it the way it is. Jeffrey dyed his, and I have to say his looks better dark, but I really liked Bruce's natural beard as well! My inclination is to keep everything natural, I tend to prefer letting nature takes its course.
Don't worry, your time will come to grow a beard, it all comes with adding on a few more years to the clock! I'm sure yours will be awesome when that time comes.
I am REALLY looking forward to your update!

I like the beard on you, it works well with your hair and face. Also you look a lot like Neil Young, which is really cool obviously.
I've grown a beard before but gave up because I didn't like dealing with it. It got pretty full fast. I have pictures but never showed anyone, lol.
