  I've redesigned my web site. I've switched to a darker background and new font face to make the text easier to read, and modified the layout of the links. The links are now positioned vertically, down the left side, instead of horizontally, across the top. I've also given my journal a facelift with a new, darker theme, including color-coded entry headers.

    Cool, I like your Warlock, is it a bolt on or neck thru? Either way nice site, it's good to see musicians that have a broad variety of music that they appreciate (I too am a fan of heavy metal as well as classical). Thanks for Sharing!

    I hope you dont mind this but I am really bad at doing layouts on a website where the links are to the side... Its hard to get it to display properly so I am taking your index page and editing it... I hope you dont mind that. Im not using any of your texts or pictures however... I just need the layout.

      By all means. Layouts are how content is displayed, and can't be copyrighted; only the content can.

    Matt, I really enjoyed visiting your site.
    I love classical guitar (and am a big admirer of other genres of guitar, too) and the skill involved in playing well is rather amazing; such independance of hand movement! Congratulations on coming (back) to guitar after your earlier abandonment (or temporary hiatus, as you see fit).

    I like your nice MP3s, too. While I've owned th Hal Leonard book 1 for about 3 years, I have yet to really open it. I have been spending most of my time on developing the band programs at my two elementary schools, though it feels like I am fighting the kids to get it to even survive, let alone thrive! I have also been playing the ukulele a lot, too. Jake Shimabukuro is one of my favourites: check him out on YouTube. I've attached a link that serves as an example of what someone who is really good can do with a ukulele (it ain't no 'tiptoe through the tulips', either.)
