This is the second part of my update for February.
Here is a side shot, the hair in the back is getting longer but it usually doesn't look like it due to my hoodie and jacket which press on the hair and give it an odd shape (curls it a bit) but I expect it to look better once winter is over.
The day that I wash my hair it usually looks and feels poofy, like in this picture:

I'm am VERY glad you posted some more pictures, you have an awesome THICK mane going on there, I can only imagine what another year of growth will bring. And that is some rockin' mean guitar you have there, too bad we can't hear it from this end!

Hi Jacob, is it my avatar you're talking about? On my computer, I'm still seeing the old one, lol! I've even hit the refresh button a few times, but the old one remains! I know Mihnea's avatar hasn't changed.

And what is strange is that the new goal length I told Oren to put in my profile in the directory of users HAS been updated, but the old, unbearded avatar remains! Are you actually seeing the new, bearded one?

That is SUPER weird! I just fired up the computer again, hit refresh until my finger wore out, but I am STILL seeing the old one, not only as my avatar, but the old picture is still in the directory of users! I DO need to learn what makes computers tick!

I figured it out! I went to the directory of users, hit refresh on THAT page, and the new one showed up. Also, my new avatar now shows up. It's weird that I had to hit refresh on an entirely different page to "force" the computer to update it, I DO need to learn more about these beasts called computers!
hmmm..I noticed you edited your profile,how do you do that? :)
That was the easy part. I just told Oren when I emailed him what I wanted to be put in my profile description and he did it for me as part of the avatar update. (however, there were a couple of lines referring to when I started growing my hair that he did take out, I should have made it clear to him to leave those in, all I really wanted changed were my hair length objectives from my previous goal of mid to lower back)
Looks good, I think that your new beard is a good look for you.

I switched to a centre part today, from the side part I have always had. In some ways it looks better, may post pictures in a week or so. If I keep it, I will probably get Oren to change it AGAIN! (hope he doen't think I'm a nuisance, lol!)

For info, generally if you hold the SHIFT key down while refreshing, you will refresh all of the photos as well as the text on a web page.

Awesome thick hair,I was wondering for how long you've been growing it,and at what length did you start at?also,there seems to be quite a difference between the bangs and the back hair-have you had trims along the way?

My name's pronounced MIHH-nee-ah. Thanks ! I've been growing it since July 2005, and I started from something similar to an "undercut" style, with the longest hair on top at around 3/4 of an inch. I had a trim in October cause I had tangles in the back of my hair (which is why it's shorter in the back) and you knwo the deal with hair cutters... I think the scissor happy lady cut the whole tangled hair piece in the back cause it was a lot shorter than the rest of my hair after the trim. All the best to you too and Keep it growing!

Hi Mihnea thanks for posting that great group of pics!My favorites are the poofy hair one and the Headbanging guitar one!LOL.Great looking guitar by the way only needs a Marshall to complete the picture.How long have you had that guitar and are you looking to join a band?I have one guitar but I don't play it anymore as I just don't have either the talent of patience to learn how to play it.Its just such a nice instrument as I just can't part with it.So there it sits in its nice black hardshell case!LOL.Anyway you hair is just fantastic and time will only make it better!Mark

Thanks, yeah I'm thinking of getting a Marshall but I can't afford it right now, so hopefully I'll get one around march, I'm selling some things around the house. I've had the guitar since December 8th 2006, so not too long. My old guitar, a Radioshack guitar, sits in the corner and is very jealous now haha. Yeah I love playing guitar even though I've only been playing for a little more than a year. Thanks again! Keep it growing!

BTW , Kickass pantera shirt \m/. Too bad for dimebag , It was such a tragedy.(R.I.P). I heard Phil Anselmo's band "DOWN" are releasing a new album this year. I cant wait! I really love "DOWN" and "superjoint ritual" as well. Phil is the man!
Thanks bro! Haha yeah Pantera was great, and Dime did a lot for guitar players and metalheads. Yeah I think I'm seeing Down in March with Heaven and Hell and Megadeth, if I have money. It looks good even with the flips. Even at 2 1/2 years, I get weird flips because of curls. I hope you keep it growing!
Thanks! Yeah I'm kinda getting used to them, the only reason they bother me is that the hair in the back of my head is shorter than in the front and the curls make it look even shorter but oh well :P. And I sure will keep it growing, you too!
