There are many guitars that are left handed stringed upside down... Take a look at reverse strats...
really? wow...i guess a few years ago you couldent ge tlefty guitars so easy so people learnt to play an upsidedown right hand guitar.....the guy probably witched to s lefty model wit hthe strings upside down for cosmetic reasons

The left-handed guitarist you saw was Doyle Bramhall II...The difference between he and Hendrix is that Doyle didn't string his right handed guitar upside down to play it left handed...He learned how to play guitar by picking up his dad's right-handed guitar and just playing. As far as I know, there is no other professional guitarist who plays like that with the big E string closest to the floor. It's a joy to watch him play.
