There's an actor on a new TV series on NBC called "Heroes", a science-fiction type program, whose hairstyle has gotten quite a bit of attention. His hair certainly isn't that long by the standards of many people who post to this forum. But because his bangs flop around his face all the time, the comments it has received from TV watchers and even magazine writers...

...has been amusing.
The actor's great desire to want to cut his hair (based on quotes of his), the pro and con opinions about his hair from fans of the show, and the show's creator saying that he favors the "cartoon book" bangs of the character in question, makes me think of all the angst or mixed emotions I've seen expressed in various postings here.
There was even a line in the show's scr ipt last week where a character speaking to the actor with the locks says something about "your hair in your face."

i tried watching that show a few wks ago & couldn't get into it. but I'd vote for the dude keeping his hair long.
It is pretty annoying at that length. He's not cool enough to pull it off like Jimmy Stewart in Mr. Smith Goes to Washington. People often find it annoying when they see other people always having their hands in their hair.
