I recently had an unexpected milestone. A few weeks ago I was playing my guitar and when I put my guitar on, my hair got caught under the strap. It was pretty cool, now it keeps happening. It's always good to have little things reminding you that your hair is still growing!
Post some of your unexpected or just plain weird milestones that you've had along the way.

Hey last few days I finally got to lick my bangs lol... I was so waiting for this I can put the tips of my bangs in my mouth even. My next weird milestone which may never come true is when my hair will be long enough to use it as a replacement for toilet paper :D
What a fantastic idea! I can´t belive I didn´t think of that before. Imagine all the money you can save!!111!
Hey Mihnea - Yeah, I remember when my guitar strap started getting caught; backpack too. Another one that was pretty cool was when I could touch the ends of my hair under my jaw. Now I can twist them a couple times. Dig - it. Bruce'ster
A little while ago I realised when I scratched my back with my right hand I could grab a load of hair. Couldn't do that earlier on in the year.
I found I could tie my hair without having to use an alice band but still I use it because it really keeps hair out of my face... theres still one or 2 that gets loose then gets into my face.
Yup
mine is i can actually when my hair is tied back in a ponytail put the ponytail in my mouth lol

I'm still awaiting the milestone where I have to keep my hair from getting tucked into my pants. :P
Actually though, my hair is long enough to put into a decent ponytail now, but there's still a lot in front of my face that isn't long enough to tie back. It should be long enough to tie a proper ponytail by the end of the year.
Hey
Grant
If that is your length of hair you are refering to id say you are looking at 2 to 4 months for a proper ponytail if that is your current length in the thread below !

All of those pictures are my current length, save for the last one of course. -_^
I've had a few, but my latest one happened a month or so ago. While I was eating lunch at school, I accidently ate my bangs. I could pull them down and eat them for a few months, but since my hair is slightly wavy, it was the first time I could do it without touching them. Needless to say, it was a interesting, though not very appetizing experience.
Hey Mihnea... great topic!
1. I can relate to the guitar strap quite well. I've gotten into the habit of whenever I put my guitar on, reaching back and rescue my hair from the strap!
2. Driving in my truck with the window down a little bit and the fan on for ventilation. Hair's loose. A few strands get sucked out of the window. I roll up the window and turn my head to the right to check traffic. Not a good feeling but glad it's long enough [and getting longer] to do that!
3. A milestone... my hair's long enough to have to tuck it in my motorcycle jacket when I'm out riding. Up until a few months ago, I would just tail it and brush it out when I got back home. I've noticed I'm spending much more time getting the tangles out of the tail!

Hello,
once , i was playing guitar , but sat down and i heard weird sounds , like some palmuted harmonic when i was playing, and i reallized that my hair was laying on the fretboard ^^
all these weird milestones make me thought of my mother who when she had very very long hair had to take care in the wc to prevent her hair to fall in the water ^^

I found I had to tie my hair back while shaving the other day. Good thing I had bought ties the day before. =)

One of mine is realizing that coat zippers are one of the worst enemies of long hair. There's nothing worse than snagging a few hairs in your coat zipper and the inevitable broken hairs that follow. I tend to be extra careful to push my hair out of harm's way when zipping coats up on these cold winter days.
